CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account on the Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. No partial-month refunds are issued.

REFUNDS

Because Signal & Noise Tools is a digital product with immediate access, we do not offer refunds on past billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the software, contact us and we'll work with you to resolve it.

If you were charged in error (duplicate billing, incorrect amount), contact Fourthwall support or email us directly and we'll make it right.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: What do I get when I sign up?
A: You receive a license key by email. Use it to activate your self-hosted installation of Signal & Noise Tools. All 14 modules, all features, all updates included.

Q: Is there a difference between tiers?
A: No. Every tier gets the same product, same features, same updates. The tiers exist to reward early members with a lower locked price. Tracking ($5/mo) is for the first 200 members, Mixing ($9/mo) for members 201–500, and Mastering ($15/mo) after that.

Q: What do I need to run the software?
A: PHP 8.1 or higher, PostgreSQL, and a web server. Any $5/month VPS or shared hosting that meets those requirements will work. We provide a hosting guide at sntools.dev/hosting-guide.

Q: Can I move my license to a different server?
A: Yes. Go to Settings → System → License → Deactivate. Then enter your key on the new server. One active installation at a time.

Q: What happens if I cancel?
A: You keep access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your license deactivates at the next daily verification check. Your data stays on your server — we never touch it.

Q: Do I lose my data if I cancel?
A: No. The software and all your data live on your server. Cancellation only deactivates the license key. Your data remains exactly where it is.

Q: What if I want to resubscribe later?
A: You can rejoin anytime. However, your price will be whatever tier is currently available — your original locked price only holds while your membership is continuously active.

Q: Is there support?
A: The software includes full built-in documentation (18 sections). There is no email or chat support. For bugs, use the feedback channel at feedback.sntools.dev.

Q: Can I get a demo before joining?
A: There is no demo at this time. At $5/month with the ability to cancel anytime, the barrier is intentionally low.
